RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the request is made within 7 working days counting from the

All returns must be authorized by fitoshop.com To this end, the customer must send an

The product or products should arrive in perfect condition in its original packaging without breaking with

If products were damaged due to inappropriate packaging will not be accepted for return.
Once the product is on our almacény be sure that everything is correct, Fitoshop.com
will return the full amount by means of payment used or where applicable, shall be sent
the new product.
If made payment through credit card will be credited the amount in the same
card. If the payment method was cash then require a bank account number,
to make the refund.
The refund will be made, in the shortest possible time, bearing in mind that if you paid by card
credit, the bank will not reflect the amount in your balance until a month later.
If the products were defective or shipping was incorrect shipping costs, will
of our own. Otherwise the direct costs of the return correrána from the client,
unless the products are not served in accordance with nature or the amount specified in the proof
purchase, which should be reflected in the document on receipt of delivery.
